Return and refund policy

Simplified return procedure


In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the European directive on consumer rights, any customer residing in the European Union has a right of withdrawal of14 dayswithout having to provide a reason.

This period starts from the day you (or a designated third party) physically take possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify your decision:

  • via our ticket form


Effects of withdrawal

In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund you:

  • the price of the products
  • as well as the standard delivery charges (excluding premium options)

The refund will be made:

  • within a maximum period of14 days
  • using the same payment method as that used for the purchase

⚠️ However, we may defer the refund until:

  • receipt of the returned products
    or
  • receipt of proof of shipment


Conditions for accepting returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must beunused for hygiene reasons
  • Inperfect condition
  • In itsoriginal packaging intact for hygiene reasons

⚠️ A deduction may be applied in the case of:

  • damage
  • excessive use
  • loss of value due to unnecessary handling

 

Return procedure


To make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service via our ticket form
  2. Wait for validation and return instructions
  3. Ship your product to the provided address

⚠️ Any unauthorised return may be refused.


Return deadlines

You must return the items:

  • at the latest14 days after your withdrawal request


Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Except in cases of:

    • our error
    • defective product

In these cases, the costs will be fully covered.



Exceptions to the right of withdrawal


In accordance with legislation, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Opened products for hygiene reasons
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Products damaged after delivery


Defective products or order errors

If your product is:

  • defective
  • damaged
  • or non-compliant

Contact us immediately with proof (photo).

We will proceed with:

  • a replacement
    or
  • a full refund


Refunds

  • After receipt and inspection:

    • You will be informed of the acceptance or refusal
    • If accepted, the refund will be processed within a few days
  • ⏱️ Bank processing times may vary (up to 10 working days).


Non-refundable items

Unless legally required otherwise:

  • Promotional items may not be refundable
  • Used or incomplete products will not be refunded

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • the correct delivery address
  • collecting the parcel

⚠️ In case of:

  • incorrect address
  • uncollected parcel

Logistics costs may be deducted from the refund.


Customers outside the European Union

For orders outside the EU:

  • Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • No refund for import fees will be issued

In case of parcel refusal:

  • the incurred costs will be deducted from the refund
  • no refund will be issued if the parcel is not returned

Products not purchased from us

We do not accept returns or refunds for products not purchased directly from our site.
